I resolved it just modify the web.py followed by the #3005. thanks.
目前的 messages/default.json 的 $id 生成规律是什么，能否保证新资源加入时原 $id 保持不变？否则代码变更 diff 很难看，真个文件都变化 @zhangfisher
主要是i18n 资源文件.json 也是代码的一部分，如果 $id 可以保证新资源生成不变，那么每次都可以用 voerka-i18n/cli 生成一遍，否则还是跟原来一样，生成之后新文件变更不能用 voerka-i18n/cli，需要手动维护 .json 文件
