Add ability to change ordering of sections

Hey just checking what's the status, found some free time as of recent if there's anything more needed to do.

@calcom/google-tag-manager package doesn't seem to be present on trying to build calcom container.

Tried updating `scripts/start.sh` to add an extra `yarn install` but I don't think docker is picking up my changes (after rebuilding and restarting) Could be doing something wrong, any feedback...
