I have also reproduced this issue on my Raspberry Pi Model 1B (rev 2). Reverting to 2018.7.2 as xyzulu suggested works.

Does this happen all the time for you? Generally it only occurs if you press the flag button more than once in quick succession.

Looks like the label is being constrained by it's parent container.

I have repro’d this in the past. Latest stable Firefox on Windows 10. Will check smooth scrolling settings and post pics in the morning.
