Are there any updates on the progress of this?

@pwildenhain `response.text` is an empty string and `response.reason` is `'Internal Server Error'`.

Happy to open a PR.

I don't know if this is possible to specify with `clap`.

Actually, it should be possible with a `multiple` flag for each digit, which is the way GNU `uniq` does it. I'll try my hand at this.

@pwildenhain I would like to add a unit test for this but I'm not sure how to mock an internal server error in the testing framework
