File sharing from internal storage to external storage - Android 14

It is probably about RECEIVER_EXPORTED & RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED for Android 14. it was discussed [here](https://github.com/react-native-share/react-native-share/issues/1463). Try to reinstall react-native-share.

bug: back handler stops working after re-foregrounding the app

I observe same issue on Android emulator API 36, react-native version 0.81.0
