I have made https://github.com/aneisch/Sonoff-Wemo-Home-Assistant/blob/master/sonoff_wemo_homeassistant.ino This code is compatible with Home Assistant autodiscovery and allows control of Sonoff through emulated hue.

https://appdaemon.readthedocs.io/en/latest/APPGUIDE.html?highlight=constrain_person#person suggests that the configuration options are the same as `constrain_presence`

This wasn't meant to be distro agnostic, but I might work towards it. Thanks!
