I see this issue is currently in queue for milestone [v1.7.4](https://github.com/opentracing-contrib/java-specialagent/milestone/13). Curious to know if a fix is still forthcoming? Seeing long startup times (approx 5 minutes) with `tomcat:7.0.103-jdk8` environments....
