SoftEther 5.x only supports TLS 1.2.. TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are not available. On 4.x versions they are all together.

Not sure. I cant get TLS 1.1 by itself. Windows 7 supports TLS 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2 in Internet Options but that does not change anything with SSTP.
