Support X64 builds.

Today efi/UnicornPkg.dsc only builds for AArch64 and RISCV64 targets. Enable X64 builds as well.

When built with DEF_PORT=0 for OPL_ON_LPT builds, use the BDA to divine correct port to use.

Pick one and stick with it.

Additional TAD requirement

For systems implementing a TAD, the TAD must operate on the same underlying device as the UEFI Runtime Service calls.
