Support X64 builds.

Today efi/UnicornPkg.dsc only builds for AArch64 and RISCV64 targets. Enable X64 builds as well.

As of https://github.com/intel/unicorn-for-efi/commit/7141cce4026940aee5aada785eb6163e86729a74 the LTO support for x64 is also in, but it doesn't build for me. Keeping this here as it doesn't affect MultiArchUefiPkg. @yli147
