I'm getting a similar error in the browser. My error is caused by 1Password. Are you using a password manager as well? Could you try disabling the password manager plugin?

Issue seems to be caused by not using the packaged template.

That's most likely because you are running into "Out of memory" issues. Did you update to the latest version? We added more memory to the rails/web container recently.

Could you share your template as well, please? Have you validated your template, already (e.g. by using https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/reference/cloudformation/validate-template.html)?

Please provide an anonymized version of the template to reproduce the issue.
