I see that one of the requirements is NET Framework 4.0 which is supported by WinXP however this utility doesn't run on WinXP, hope you solve this. thanks

this repack comes with VC++ 2019 **14.29.30040.0** and it gets installed perfect on WinXP https://jameszero.net/runtimepack.htm however the repack v35 says this is the last version **14.28.29213.0** for WinXP https://github.com/abbodi1406/vcredist/releases/tag/v0.35.0
