proxyod* vars are not renamed in contour catalogue

Has model_use_vars=dict(proxyod550dust="od550dust",.... in config file, and has to rename all files in contour/ from od550dust to proxyod550dust afterwards so that AeroVal can find the files in the end.

no2 and o3 maps are not plotted

Aeroval/config/eval_py/gridded_io_aux.py should be a part of the pyaerocom
