That was weird.. I thought first it could be the baud rate, but if are able to get a dump of the card it might be something else...
Did you figure it out?
Looks like the problem is the MFRC522.. According to this: http://ham.marsik.org/2017/04/using-cheap-rc522-nfc-reader-to-read.html , you should be able to read the Ultralight C if you change two inductors on the PCB.
