I am facing the same issue on rails `gem 'rails', '~> 5.1.4'`
Facing same issue, the site with that english.yaml doesn't even load in browser. Is there alternate cdn?

I can try a little as they have changed the way of applying css. Instagram is now using isostyle css strategy injected to tags by js at runtime I think....
