Updated Rebound

The current version of Rebound in AMUSE is quite old and should be updated.

Since Rebound comes with a Python interface of its own, it might be easiest to write an AMUSE wrapper around this interface instead of updating the current C-based interface.

I might be able to dedicate some time to this, though finding someone who uses Rebound extensively would be helpful to get all the nuts and bolts correct. I have in the past just fed in AMUSE particle-sets to arrays and in a very brute force methodology with the version of Rebound on pip, but it certainly isn't elegant and can't really work well with Bridge.

and the define_parameters generate duplicate parameters, which has been disallowed some time ago...
