Files missing when installing AMUSE as a site-package

Describe the bug When installing amuse via python setup.py install, some files required for examples/scripts/codes are forgotten by the installer.

This is a tracker bug to report such files.

• amuse/ext/bbr_color.txt

• binary files of community/galactics/gas_src/bin/
