Pikachu is broken

Describe the bug Pikachu, like octgrav and bonsai, uses a CUDA API that is no longer supported, so it doesn't compile.

To get it to work again, someone with CUDA knowledge needs to dive in and translate it to whatever the modern equivalent of that API is.

Pikachu is largely made obsolete by PeTar, so I'm not sure how much it would still be used.
