Permissions break when updatitng app to a new version

fixed by uninstalling brew uninstall amitv87-pip removing the app from the settings window for screen recording permission
then installing brew install --cask amitv87-pip

For some reason the permission settings break when updating an exisiting executable with a new one. The hard fix for this is to uninstall the existing app and then intall the newer one. This is applicable to all the previous versions of mac with new permission manager present in the settings app.
