Disabling phase_bin does help, though I thought to emphasize this error knowing that it happened before and possibly has not been fully resolved. Thanks though!

Atmosphere parameters out of bounds

The first case falls outside of logg bounds the ck2004 models were calculated for. Try changing the atmosphere option to "blackbody" which should solve the issue.

It is actually an algorithm originally written by Piotr Kołaczek-Szymański (not on GitHub) with some changes.
