set tonalElevation for the Bar

how can we set tonalElevation for the bottom bar? that it can have shadow on the different positions

One of RECEIVER_EXPORTED or RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED should be specified when a receiver isn't being registered exclusively for system broadcasts
