Uninitialized right eye mask in SteamVR 1.21.2

This bug seems to still be present in the SteamVR 2.0.1 beta.

SteamVR applies unnecessary linear-to-sRGB conversion to all swapchain images supplied via OpenXR

Tested this on the SteamVR 2.0.1 beta today, bug is present in that version too.
