The same problem with Safari Versión 17.2.1 (19617.1.17.11.12) running in macOS Sonoma 14.2.1. Clean install and the same issue. Coreaudio in Mac mini M2 and Mac Studio Pro M2 Max....

Problem still there w/ v1.8.3 Safari Youtube videos o Vevo.
