Not at the current release yet, but it possible to add it to them. This could be a good feature.
Yes, at now we have to enter each number of Editor box manually with keyboard. Making control arrows or [+] [-] buttons would be great addition. Hope we see this...
AFAIK max speed is 540Km/H and noclip in menu uses native movement with speed restricted to its max. But "teleported noclip" like in Kid*os or others menu theoreticaly havent speed...

Clearing data & cache in microG,GMS app eventualy helps with buffering but you need to do this every time when buffering issue is appear.
Related to #1852 scenarios are also ignored
Yes they do in Menyoo! [Example.xml](https://github.com/YimMenu/YimMenu/files/12168556/xml_example.zip) with scenario `WORLD_HUMAN_SECURITY_SHINE_TORCH`. This xml file is from GTA5-mods section for Menyoo. I described in #1852 my findings about that. Perhaps this may also...
