This is a one-line documentation fix since #184 was fixed by #192.
I'm inclined to leave this issue open because it was never really addressed (although it's possible we fixed it inadvertently), even though it appears to be a very rare bug.
I think we'd be still be open to a PR splitting these, but wouldn't be a project we'd tackle in the short term. Let us know @WhittlesJr if that's still...
I think validation is important enough that we want to keep this feature idea open.
Unfortunately we cannot reproduce this issue and haven't heard anything in a while. I'm going to close this. Feel free to re-open this with more details.
That makes a lot of sense. Summarizing the different "policies" for configuration taken by the different entry points: | Entrypoint\Feature | Validates? | Accepts Profiles? | Merges commandline options? |...
Made those changes. I think we're converging on the right solution, but Joshua said he'd have other suggestions. Hopefully, that'll be the last round of changes. :)
We have at least one Lambda Island project set up this way, plus it comes up with client projects, so I think this is a worthwhile issue to consider working...
@gnachman Do you have a copy of this version somewhere? It's not a big deal to make these changes myself but if you made them available it might save me...
