i expanded the testing a bit. https://github.com/altendky/actions-download-artifact-issue-395/actions/runs/14129878673/job/39587354865 it now downloads on macos/linux intel/arm and windows intel. it also downloads both with merge-multiple enabled and disabled and checks all downloaded files...
the added testing shows that there does not appear to be any os or architecture dependence around this issue.
Are those chunks of the artifact/zip? Or chunks of a given file from the artifact. Reducing concurrency does seem like a quick fix that might be worthwhile. It feels like...
