Yes, to search more than one page, user need to be a pixiv premium user, this is limited by pixiv api.

Downloaded image size should be same with the original image size. Can you provide the Illust id and expected file size for me to investigate?

A new version v4.7 with login fix have been submitted to Google Play since Thursday. It still pending review from Google before it available for update.
