IOS appstore version does not work, when will it be updated to the most recent version?

iOS version on app store is not published by me, it is not related with me. I used to try to release on app store but was rejected by apple.

Even if you transfer the iOS app to me, I am not confident whether Apple will approve review and I do not want to waste $99 for developer account again if apple not going approve it 😞. I think it will be better if you remove it from App Store to prevent confusion to users.
