I added the user to the groups it wanted, logged out and back in, but that doesn't keep me from needing to type sudo either.

Got it, just needed to also add dialout (I think I had it added already). So basically manually adding my user to "root dialout" allows me to not need sudo

Yeah, it fails. But I just went and manually did it and it's fine. I can also start SigDigger as long as I make bandwidth match sample rate.

Hard to say, bad flash or download perhaps or you need more along the lines of a 32Gb SD card.
