Cannot confirm this. Any combination of TweakScale-d part with resized hangar or adapter (including both stack and attach nodes) works fine.

Right now with blender-3.1.2 I cannot reproduce this particular error. But the legacy wakatime runtime is broken, and they won't fix it, I'm afraid.
