DS Conditions duplicator needs to be simplified to more elegantly accommodate the single item

Installer puts errors above fields, login puts error under the form. Suggest moving it above for consistency.

The green button in users reads "Add a User" whereas this reads "Create New" on all other objects in the application. Should this read "Create New" or should other buttons...

Firefox (and IE) will auto-fill the Password field if stored in the browser. To save the form again I either need to delete the field value, or recall my password...

even when there's space, Safari seems to reduce widths of columns unnecessarily. Since the "Name" and "Author" values never get very long, you can use CSS to prevent word wrapping....

when invalid the "em" text of a field is also highlighted. This makes the "Created if does not exist" text look like the error message. I think its styling should...
