Replicated this issue in Ubuntu 20.04 (WSL), also matplotlib complains about how avconv will be deprecated.

Print version at beginning of training

It has been [fixed](https://github.com/ml-struct-bio/cryodrgn/blob/5bf68c5f4f4f886f1f47f5da7642d357bf013972/cryodrgn/commands/train_vae.py#L643) last year.
