How can I use this operator to create and define the TiDB cluster?

hi, guys. I am trying to deploy the TiDB cluster with the kubernetes, and then I find the TiDB-operator. However, its instructions and approaches are so little. Can you give me some help about its usage to create the TiDB cluster? Thanks
