PR [#3899](https://github.com/calcom/cal.com/pull/3899) is where we were trying to get that sorted but it was closed due to lack of demand. Perhaps we can revisit it.

Can you confirm you have the same timezone set in your cal.com profile as well, at cal.com/settings/my-account/general?
