i was able to reproduce on 2nd run `": "Save failed with the following error: Joomla\\Component\\Menus\\Administrator\\Table\\MenuTable::_getNode(1, id) failed.",` and the #__menu table is messed up for lft, rgt

i'm unable to reproduce nor drone

not sure what is the root cause honestly, on laragon which i've discovered recently, fail ,whatever, settings you set or at least in my tests, if it fail on ubuntu...

i was able to reproduce the issue on w10+laragon  with pr
