Just to add to that browser and ios playback is fine
It is already setup to use ExoPlayer.
However with this suggestion I have installed VLC player on my fire tv and selected external player in the app preferences and videos play fine again.

yep I agree with all of the above, any software that does not leverage already existing data is a show stopper for me. I have already most of my data...
and is there a way to calculate the battery % charge ?
That would be very useful. My Photos are already organised in Folders so when I scanned them for the first time I ended up with a 60K+ photos without structure...
