Takes the [pull request](https://github.com/cookiecutter/cookiecutter-django/pull/3072) from @Andrew-Chen-Wang (who I have been in contact with) that fixes [#2941](https://github.com/cookiecutter/cookiecutter-django/issues/2941) and implements suggestions on said pull request....
