[Bug] The prover is not receiving tasks from the pool operator even if both are in "Ready" status

Further observations show, that after some point the prover stops producing proofs and sending **PoolResponse** messages (probably, because it switches to sync mode), after that, it starts to send **PoolRegister**...

For me it's ok, I did not observe such behavior recently.
