HDR correction?

HDR screenshots taken by "Flameshot" are definitely overexposed on my end. The only tool that takes correct HDR screenshots for me is TechSmith SnagIt

I tried taking a screenshot of an HDR video in MPV using Greenshot and it was overexposed. So it doesn't seem to be browser related
