[FEATURE] Add loop option for SimplePrevNextViewHelper

Adds an optional argument to SimplePrevNextViewHelper. If set, navigating through news items does not end, but continues with first item accordung to sorting parameters Resolves #1303

Set value of answer data to current item value inside for-loop in ManipulateValueWithTypoScriptViewHelper Closes #442
