I noticed this too after an upgrade, and had to move the script out of a script directory into bin

While the heap implementation doesn't have the best throughput on insertions (regrettable, for sure), it does have a bunch of features that `rb_heap` and others don't, such as re-scoring elements...

Seems fair - thanks for the reply. And sorry for not spotting that disclaimer.
