@wpfleger96 yes, i think something like an external script which has goose specific migration utils could be good for powerusers. and then standard sqlite3 cli for anything where user wants...

@SalvatoreT Should be fixed by removing the associated code. It was a debugging workflow we didn't really need anymore.
I believe this to be fixed in https://github.com/block/goose/pull/5372 Upgrade to 1.13.1 of goose and re-open a specific issue if anything is still not working

we could put some sentinel file on disk somewhere we can check the next time saying we've already done the initial removal
