[Bug]: Installation freezes Windows 10

I installed Stirling PDF from https://github.com/Stirling-Tools/Stirling-PDF/releases/download/v0.36.5/Stirling-PDF-win-installer.exe and when I open the app, it is also stuck on finalising startup at 90%. Here is my logs: [info.log](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/18279178/info.log)
