Yes. It does appear to do so.
I re-opened this as, while it is recognized, it is unsupported. Perhaps it should report a warning or error rather than silently ignoring.

I'd like Ctrl+C to exit Claude Code with one press, not two. It's unconventional, therefore confusing.
On MacOS, copy is Command+C , so maybe a Windows/Linux problem?
