Need to be able to exclude low value files

I want to exclude low value files. I did one PR today:

Before: $154,393 After: $213,272

I delivered nearly $100k in value. I'm amazing! I need a raise clearly.

But no. It is mostly tests (which are a kind of tech debt) and mocks (generated code).

So by default you can do .ignore or .sccignore files to assist here. Also note you can ignore generated files already, so perhaps you need to look into that functionality?

However I would want to know more information.

1. What are you trying to actually achieve?
2. How would you expect it to work?
3. What are the edge cases you can think of?
