If you load the editor via AMD, a global `define` will be in the global scope. If you load the editor via ESM, then there will be no globals defined.

@jrieken The `HoverForeignElementAnchor` is used both by inlay hints (via `InlayHintsHoverAnchor`) and ghost text (directly instantiates it). I think in the case of inlay hints you would want that markers...
