No I wasn't behind a proxy. The issue is a year old. I even changed my laptop since that time.

It seems nobody is experiencing this problem. I feel that we can close this issue. If anybody has this problem we can reopen it.

I second this. Swap takes 800ms on the page. Commented out recursive cleanup
