This PR will reload HA Core when updating secrets from Bw-cli. This will fix #26.
The current `bw-cli` is retrieved from it's [old GitHub repo](https://github.com/bitwarden/cli/releases), but this has been moved to the new [bitwarden/clients](https://github.com/bitwarden/clients). This should be updated.
The supervisor needs to be reloaded after the secrets have been updated.
