This behavior violates [POLA](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Principle_of_least_astonishment)
It does not solve the bug for me method  cil 
unfortunately I couldn't make a min repro. I can't understand why this bug occurs in some places and does not occur in other similar places.
