Error spawning PHP: Command failed: php --version

I tried both: "php.executablePath": "C:\\Program Files(x86)\\Ampps\\php-7.1\\php.exe", "php.validate.executablePath": "C:\\Program Files(x86)\\Ampps\\php-7.1\\php.exe" Not working. Path is correct and into Windows system path.
